We primarily use USPS standard shipping for all orders originating from Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you require a different shipping carrier, please specify when placing your order. Note that alternative shipping may affect delivery times and costs.
Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $30 or more! For orders under $30, standard USPS shipping rates will apply. We do not calculate shipping based on weight and destination, instead focusing on a simple, straightforward approach.
Returns & Exchanges
If your Floretta's Sanctuary product arrives damaged, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.
Order Processing Time
We understand the importance of timely delivery. That's why we ensure your order is shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Please note this processing time applies to all our handmade items, including soaps, candles, oils, rolling trays, ash trays and sage sticks.
